What’s your name and who are you with? 

My name is Melanie Nichols and I am with Ozark Motor Lines. 

What is your favorite thing about The INFINITI Workforce Platform? 

It is fairly easy to use and interactive as far as being able to understand easily what to do next and where to go to finish the trainings. Pretty easy too to upload custom content as well. Aside from all of the content that they have available. It’s just very user friendly. 

What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group the Company? 

Everyone has been amazing and very personable, very friendly. I feel like I’ve made some good acquaintances, even friends during this and learned a lot. Very informative. 

What is your most important take away from The Partner Roundtable? 

There’s a lot of different ways that you can do a lot of different things. A lot of different ways that you can do one specific thing and being open to possibilities of looking at things in one way or another versus maybe the way that you’ve been looking at it. Maybe put a different spin on a subject that you thought there was only one way to to fix or complete it. 

If someone was on the fence about attending the partner roundtable, what would you tell them? 

I would tell them that it is very informative. You feel very welcomed by the INFINITI Group. I’ve learned a lot. I’ve only been using the program for a little over two months. I’ll be going back with a great deal more knowledge than I came in with. Very informative.
