What is your name, job title, company name and location? 

My name is Christy Moore. I’m the safety director for Distribution Solutions Incorporated. We’re out of Harrison, AR. 

What is your favorite thing about INFINITI Fleet Safety Training Platform? 

What I think I like the most about it is the fact of the custom content that you can upload. I think that’s. Going to be very valuable to us. 

What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group, the parent company. 

Yeah, so far, I think the customer service is going to be what I’m going to like the most because anything we’ve had any questions, they’ve been very Johnny on the spot. They get back to you pretty quick. In our date and time, you really like good customer service. 

One of the most important takeaways from Boot Camp? 

One of the things I hit on is really the importance of documentation. You know, ensuring you cover yourself, cover for the company, for the driver, and with the INFINITI piece of that, you know they covered how much that documentation is available. 

If someone is on the fence about attending Boot Camp, what would you tell them? 

It’s very thorough. You guys have such a good coverage of the product. You go through it very well. But I would also encourage someone to be able to speak to someone who’s been before they come because then they can give you, like me. I could tell you, you say, hey, this is what I did there this is what they covered and I think you will get value in what they’ve done. 

How did you train before INFINITI and how has your training changed since you started using INFINITI? 

So we go live on October 1st, so we’ve been using Tenstreet and JJ Keller. What I’m looking forward to INFINITI is going to be the, custom content, the customer service, the availability to roll it out quickly because with Tenstreet. I like their platform, but I can’t roll something out individually. With INFINITI, it looks like I can roll something out just if I want a distracted driving video, I can roll that out just by itself, not part of a bundle, so that’s what I’m looking forward to with this partnership.
