What is your name, title, company and location? 

Hi, my name is JC Armstrong. I work for Premier Trading and Transportation as a recruiter and we are based out of Perkins, Oklahoma.

How did y’all do training before using INFINITI and how how’s the system changed your training before INFINITI?

We did a lot of in person training, mainly our orientation as well as several other just random websites and Infinity is kind of streamlined that into one platform that’s easier to use for us.

What departments you are using the platform right now for?

Y’all Right now just recruiting and safety as well as HR starting to dabble in it a little as well, but that’s mainly recruiting and safety at this time.

Do you all have multiple locations?  

We do. We haul over eight states, so we have different shops, but our main office is the one in Perkins and that’s where most of our office personnel are housed.

How is the platform helped with those multiple locations and getting training done?

It’s so much easier because we’re not having to fly drivers or ask them to drive from South Texas or New Mexico or Kansas to our office in Oklahoma. We just assign it online and they get to do it from there.

And what is your favorite part about the platform?  

My favorite part is that this training is way easier, so I have a lot less griping from drivers.

What would you say to someone that is considering using the platform?

I would say do it and if your boss is on the fence, convince him because it’s going to save you a lot of time.
