During the trial, we’ll help you add users, build groups, set up templates, and actually assign training, so you can overcome any implementation hurdles on our dime, not yours.

The Trial Week by Week

Our rep will be there every step of the way during your trial.  Here’s what to expect:

  • Week One – A one hour training session with the rep to show you the ins and outs of the system.  You’ll send in your list of users, which the rep will input in the system and help you break into training groups. You’ll also learn how to set up assignments and templates for specific content.
  • Week Two – You’ll learn more about Groups and Custom Content. Anything you currently do on paper can be loaded into the system for your employees to test on.
  • Week Three – Now that you have some data, you’ll learn more about Reports, Dashboards, Exporting, and Filters. Our system takes care of most of the paperwork that comes along with training, allowing you to rest assured that you have all the documentation you need.
  • Week Four – The rep will help answer any additional questions, as well as anything else you need to “take upstream” including documentation and any additional tours that your company’s leadership wants to take of the system.
