The Training Mastery Achievements webinar explored how organizations can use points, badges, leaderboards and reward levels to increase employee participation in assigned training. Hosted by Nakisha Luckey and featuring Client Success Representative Teresa Lewis, the session demonstrated both the employee and administrator views of the Achievements feature. Training Mastery Achievements helps employees track progress, understand how points are earned and stay motivated as they work toward new milestones. Administrators can use the feature to recognize top performers, review recent activity, monitor participation and adjust reward criteria when needed.
