“What’s your name and who are you with? 

My name is Jenna Fromm and I am CEO and co-owner of Palmer Bus Service, based out of Minnesota. 

What is your favorite thing about The INFINITI Workforce Platform? 

My favorite thing about the INFINITI Workforce platform is our CSR Karen Siefert.  She is phenomenal, responsive and on top of everything at all times. 

What is your favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group the company? 

My favorite thing about Vertical Alliance Group, the actual company, is that they are truly seeking feedback. They look to know what they can improve on and are not looking for just a pat on the back, but actual real feedback to help them improve their services. 

What is your most important take away from The Partner Roundtable? 

My most important take away from the Partner Roundtable is that we can get an API system where our HRIS system can connect with the Vertical Alliance [Group] system so we can have a seamless transition between onboarding and getting folks (right away) integrated into our training platform. 

If someone was on the fence about attending the Partner Roundtable, what would you tell? 

I would tell them that it is very beneficial to meet with other folks that are in your industry, hear those same struggles and get new ideas both from Vertical Alliance [Group] as well as colleagues onto what things you should be looking for that possibly are missing and honestly, to just have a great time.”
