How difficult is it to set up my company?

Can I use my own branding on the site?
This is encouraged. Customizing the system to your company helps promote participation and establish your training credibility. You can use your own branding on the welcome page, student dashboard, and certificates.
Content
What type of content do I have access to?
You have access to our video library covering HR, worker safety, drivers, and food safety.
You can also upload custom content. Our system supports any media. If you have company-specific training already created, you can upload it. You can also integrate third-party training you have access to so you can keep training all in one place.
You have the resource library where you can keep handbooks, policies, or other documentation for easy access.
The announcement page gives you a digital bulletin board so announcements can be shared companywide.
Will you help upload my custom content?
Absolutely. Contact the CSR team for help uploading whatever content you have ready. They can even help you assign content.
Who has access to my content?
Your custom content is only accessible to you and your team. We have access, but we will not share the content with anyone else. It is secure and only accessible by people you assign it to.
Technical Questions
Will I have mobile access?
Yes! Users can access the system from any device, computer, tablet, or smartphone. All they need is a username and password.
Keep in mind that using the app will not give you admin access.
Reporting
Can I track employee progress through courses?
Users are required to acknowledge each course as they complete it. All movements are timestamped, so you have documented proof of all progress.
You can also have them test after completing assignments so you see how well they understand and retain the information.
What type of reports can I run?
You can look at monthly usage, company and individual completion status, assignment details, and expiration reports for any required licenses.

Can an employee have more than one course assigned at a time?
You can assign as much as you want to each user at one time.
Can multiple users access the same training package at a time?
Yes. You can set up a template that assigns curriculum to whichever users you want at any time.
